Your account

One account per person, registered under your real professional identity. Institutional email addresses speed up verification but are not required.

You are responsible for what is published from your account. Do not share credentials.

Representing an organisation

Claiming an affiliation creates an unconfirmed claim; it grants no authority until an existing administrator of that organisation confirms it. Posting or advertising opportunities on an organisation's behalf requires a confirmed manager role. Misrepresenting an affiliation is grounds for suspension.

Content

You retain ownership of what you publish and grant us the licence needed to display it on the platform. Do not publish material you have no right to share, and respect the licensing of any dataset or publication you link to.

Scientific content is not removed on the basis of an automated classification alone. Reports are reviewed by a person.

Recommendations

Match scores and search rankings are algorithmic recommendations based on stated expertise and preferences. They are not assessments of research quality, competence or suitability, and should not be relied on as such.

Acceptable use

No scraping, bulk extraction of member data, unsolicited commercial messaging, or automated account creation. Rate limits apply to all API access.
